    I loved this product so much I purchased another one! I have them going almost nonstop and hatched 4-5 batches of chickens and turkeys so far. I have even used the second to brood in between chicks for a few days buying me time to set up an actual brooder for them.
    The candler feature is great and you can use the plus button to increase the light intensity. Best candler I have found that is part of the incubator. So easy to use and easy to clean.

    It hatches a nice amount of eggs for a hobby farm like ours. Seems like consistently the center eggs are less likely to hatch but maybe this has just been luck of infertile placement in my mind it may have to do with too much heat there. Overall we get 19 out of 21 each time.

    The incubator works great. High hatch rate. Easy to run. Chicks are healthy and strong after the hatch. Customer service was amazing. I had issues with the incubator due to a power outage on hatch date. Customer service support was there for me till 3 am trying to fix the issue. Cant say enough about the quality of this company.
